I really appreciated the hotel’s proximity to the Erie Canal Discovery Center, which is about 500 meters away, and the beautiful Kenan Center, that’s less than a 5-minute walk, making it super easy to dive into Lockport’s rich history and stunning views during my stay as a couple enjoying a weekend getaway.

The room was spacious enough for our large family, including our pets. We enjoyed relaxing evenings watching movies on the 40-inch LCD television, while the kids had fun at the nearby boat tours, making our stay memorable.

My kids wished the breakfast had more options, especially eggs and juice.

The King Room with Sofa Bed provides a surprising amount of space for relaxation, featuring modern decor that isn’t just appealing but also practical. The strong water pressure in the shower makes for an invigorating start to the day, definitely not a common find in most hotels.

On the downside, I encountered significant cleanliness issues. leftover substances from previous guests were glaringly obvious, alongside a lack of basic toiletries like towels. The breakfast experience was underwhelming, with key items, such as eggs and sausages, running out well before the posted end time. Also, I had trouble with the sliding barn-style door in the bathroom—definitely not ideal for privacy. Lastly, I couldn't help but notice the noise from the hallway, which affected my sleep quality, particularly during late hours.

We had a great stay, especially enjoying the clean, spacious room and the delicious breakfast options! However, the noise from neighboring rooms was quite disruptive.

During a two-night stay in an Executive Queen room, the cleanliness stood out alongside a good breakfast, which included home-made sweets. While the staff was friendly and welcoming, the bed in my room wasn’t quite comfortable enough despite being clean. One disappointment was the breakfast. the eggs were cold and there were no biscuits and gravy, which I expected.

The check-in process was efficient, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, making me feel welcome. My King Room was spacious and well-maintained, equipped with a comfortable bed that helped me rest well after long workdays. The breakfast choices were impressive, offering hot items like scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, and a good selection of beverages, which fueled me for the day ahead.
